Zur Rose ed i piatti di Herbert sono una elementare dimostrazione di cosa significhi \\\"buono\\\" a tavola. Herbert sa trasformare questo concetto estetico e etafisico (il \\\"buono\\\", equivalente del \\\"bello\\\") in qualcosa di materiale e di semplicemente incantevole.

My wife and I visited Appiono during our annual holiday in Osstirol (Austria). Originally we were just going to buy 1 of our favourite whines (Sankt Valentin - Chardonnay) but as it was lunch time anyway, we decided to have lunch in the town itself. Just by accident we walked into your restaurant, and wow, did we enjoy it. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, we felt like we were in heaven. A very original kitchen indeed. Thank you very much. Wir haben sehr gut bei Ihnen gegessen und die Auswahl Ihrer Karte wird uns sicherlich wieder zu Ihnen führen.Auch der Service und das Weinangebot haben uns überzeugt. Unser Eindruck " unbedingt empfehlenswert" !!
